What are credits?
Credits pay for the Pro tools (PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or images, OCR, editing the real text, and protect or unlock), 3 to 5 credits per job depending on the tool. So a $8 bundle of 25 credits covers several jobs. You buy a bundle once; there is no subscription, and credits never expire. The Pro tools are included with Pro, and with a paid DailyDone Business seat.
What is Drive, and how is it different from Storage Manager?
Drive is encrypted cloud storage for your own files, hosted in the EU. A free account includes 2 GB, and paid storage plans add more space. Storage Manager is a free tool that scans your device and cloud accounts to show what’s using space. It never stores your files. Many people use Storage Manager first, then Drive for what they want to keep.
Can I have both Pro and a Drive plan?
Yes, they’re independent. Pro covers credit-priced document tools and includes the allowances shown above. A Drive plan adds cloud storage. You can subscribe to one or both and cancel either at any time.
