Are the everyday tools really free?

Yes. Merge, split, edit, sign, organize, images to PDF, watermark, page numbers and more run in your browser at no cost, with no account needed.

What are credits?

Credits pay for any of the heavier tools (file conversions, OCR and server-side compression), about 5 to 10 credits per job depending on the tool. So a ₵30 top-up covers roughly 6 to 10 jobs. You buy a bundle once; there is no subscription, and credits never expire.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Nothing breaks. Your free tools keep working; top up again anytime, or switch to Pro for unlimited conversions.

Can I pay with mobile money?

Yes. Top-ups and Pro both support mobile money and cards, through Paystack.

What does Pro include?

Unlimited use of every paid tool with no per-file charges and no credits needed, including all conversions to and from Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OCR and server-side compression. It renews automatically and you can cancel anytime, keeping access until the end of your paid period.

Can I cancel Pro?

Anytime, from your account page. You keep Pro until the current period ends, then it simply stops renewing.
