Delete your account

You can delete your DailyDone account, and everything stored with it, at any time from the app or the web. Your account is closed immediately and your personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. A small set of records that the law requires us to keep, such as payment invoices, is retained for the required period and then removed.

There are three ways, whichever is easiest for you:

• In the DailyDone Drive app: open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm with your password.
• On the web: sign in at getdailydone.com/account, open Delete account, and confirm with your password.
• By email: write to support@getdailydone.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may confirm your identity before we proceed.

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase your personal data: your profile (name, email, phone, country and two-factor secrets), and the files, photos, videos and folders you saved to your Drive, including anything backed up from your phone. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once it has been processed.

We retain only a minimal set of records that we are legally required to keep, each with a lawful basis: payment and invoice records for accounting and tax purposes, and a basic security and audit trail to prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations. These are kept only for the period the law requires and are then removed. No files, photos or the contents of your documents are kept.

Your account is deactivated and signed out immediately when you request deletion, so it can no longer be used. The permanent erasure of your data is completed within 30 days.
